We’ve identified an issue where some of our users are losing the monitor lists they have created when using the Katana app inside the Bloomberg terminal.
We are working together with the technical team at Bloomberg to develop a fix. The issue doesn’t affect our web version of Katana, which is also available to any users of the Bloomberg App portal version.
Please contact us if you’d like to switch to our web version while this issue is resolved.
We’re very sorry for the inconvenience that has been caused and fully understand how frustrating it is to have to recreate monitor lists multiple times.
In the meantime we are also upgrading our app so that it will be integrated with Bloomberg Worksheets and other native terminal functions such as DES, YAS and FIPX.
